Fortran’s power panel assemblies are built with high quality aluminum and are both powder-coated and silk screened to guarantee a clean looking solution that won’t fade over time. Unlike other products, the silk screen provides a durable label that won’t wear off and leave the technician guessing a few years after installation.
Each assembly features an input terminals trip, allowing the panel to be directly wired into the traffic cabinet power supply. This leaves all outlets in the cabinet free for other equipment. Each assembly features a length of DIN rail so the customer is able to add or remove communication devices without the use of any tools. Every rail also comes with a pre-wired switching power supply which is sized to the customer’s requirements.
To ensure safe operation of these panels, all hazardous voltage terminals are covered with transparent lexan plates, and warning labels are present. In addition to this, each panel assembly is special inspected by ESA and labeled as such.
