Building upon 35 years of experience, Fortran offers a wide variety of tried and tested traffic cabinet assemblies. Be it TS1, TS2 or non-NEMA, Fortran traffic cabinets are built individually to each customer’s specifications. All cabinets are special inspected by ESA prior to shipping, and each sub assembly is built to the highest standard with both quality and customer safety in mind. Standard cabinet assemblies include 4 Phase, and 8 Phase, in both TS1 and TS2 (Type 1 or Type 2). Mounting methods include; Pad Mount, Pedistal Mount, Base Mount and Pole Mount.
Fortran’s traffic cabinets are built locally, and made out of high quality sheet aluminum which meets or exceeds many cabinet specifications. Each assembly is primed and powder coated ASA61. Anti-Graffiti and other finishes are available upon request.
Each cabinet features a sturdy handle with provisions for padlocking. In addition to this, each cabinet comes with a standard #2 key (can be keyed differently if required) for the main door, and the standard police key for the door-in-door panel. Two sets of keys are supplied with each assembly. All cabinets feature full length piano hinges and neoprene gaskets to ensure a tight weather-proof seal when the door is closed.
