Proudly designed and manufactured in North America. The JSF School Zone Beacons were designed for safer traffic in school zones . The Beacons emphasis school zone speed and entry signs, aiming to make drivers slower and more alert as they pass through.
Since the Beacons run on solar powered they do not require external electrical setup/wiring. This means zero road closures for installation as no trenching or digging of the road is necessary. Installation is fast and easy often requiring under 3 people.
This family of beacons specializes in customized remote scheduling. Scheduling is created with the School Zone Website and then sent wirelessly and remotely from desk to beacon. Schedules can contain both regular activation and also exceptions for school holidays, special events etc. Scheduling can also be configured directly if service in the area is not available
There are wide range of beacon configurations: single pole top mounting (SZ-1400), dual pole top mounting (SZ-2400), dual overhead mounting (SZ-3400), dual vertical pole mounting (SZ-7400), LED Embedded Warning Signs (SZ-5800) and two LED sizes to suit the needs of every location.
